Task Editor
The newest addition to MashableLogic, the Task Editor allows non-
technical people to build automated tasks that perform actions when
trigger criteria are met.
When This, Do That
Tasks are defined using a simple “When This, Do That” expression.
More than one trigger event can be defined if needed, using simple
AND/OR logic.  More than one action can be performed when the
trigger criteria are met.
Services define triggers and actions.  They can be created from almost
any source of information, such as an Internet Web Service like Twitter,
a local Web Service behind your firewall at your business, or a scraped
web page.
The combinations of triggers and actions implemented by services empower non-technical end users to craft automated
tasks to help them be more productive.
The baseline system currently ships with over 20 services, including Phone and SMS.  Some possible examples of
tasks that can be built include:
- Call my phone and say a specified message when one or more events happen
- Take specified actions whenever a voice message arrives at my automated voice mail box
- When I send an SMS to the system that contains command X, take one or more actions
Fully Programmable
Services and their triggers and actions are all built with the Assembly Editor.  Semi-
technical people can edit services/triggers/actions with the Assembly Editor’s visual
wiring diagrams.  Many web-based services can be added to the system in a
matter of minutes.
Programmers can extend the system with the browser-based IDE, using
JavaScript syntax.
