The areas of expertise expected to be needed include: Software Development Expert knowledge in end-to-end RIA web application development is a must.  Our tools include OpenLaszlo, Javascript, Java, XML, and MySQL.  Motivation, adaptability and problem-solving intelligence are more important than knowing a certain tool.  You should have developed at least one RIA web app by yourself that you can demonstrate, as you will need experience with all aspects of RIA web app development (front end, middleware, and database). Technical Training and Support Extensive experience providing technical training, either on-site or via video conferencing.  May also help provide technical customer support.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount.
