Open to Investments?
MashableLogic is currently being
funded by its founder and from
sales of its products and services.
Equity financing will be considered
as customer opportunities may
require, in order to deploy and
support the product to large
organizations.
About
MashableLogic is wholly owned by privately held Yeager Holdings LLC.
Development on MashableLogic began June 2007. Although much of
the product’s development has been done by the founder, expert
consultants have also been contracted on an ad-hoc basis.
Comparable mashup development tools from other vendors have
typically required anywhere from 10 to 20 people and several millions
of dollars in development costs, necessitating high licensing fees.
Competing mashup tool vendors without viable business models and
access to financing face the risk of going out of business.
MashableLogic has been managed as a traditional bootstrapped
company by its founder. That means development expenses have
been kept to a bare minimum, with customer sales and opportunities
driving further investment. MashableLogic operates without debt, so
there is no risk of going out of business due to external factors like the
lack of access to capital from banks.
